Eduard Albert Meier (born 3 February 1937), in the main nicknamed "Billy", is the colonizer of a UFO religion entitled the "Freie Interessengemeinschaft für Grenz- und Geisteswissenschaften und Ufologiestudien" (Free Community of Interests for authority Border and Spiritual Sciences dispatch Ufological Studies) and alleged contactee whose UFO photographs are presumed to show alien spacecraft.
