James E. Brown (March 22, 1920 – April 11, 1992) was an American coating and TV actor best pronounce for his role as Representative Ripley "Rip" Masters in draft 166 episodes of the 1954-1959 ABC Western television series, Magnanimity Adventures of Rin Tin Tin.
